Pitbull)’ at No. 39. The No. 1 song on the Top 40 Pop Songs Chart is British R&B singer Jay Sean with his single ‘Down’ featuring Lil Wayne. Boys Like Girls’ ‘Two Is Better Than One’ — their third single off their album ‘Love Drunk’ which features Taylor Swift — jumped up 13 spots, while their summer hit ‘Love Drunk’ dropped seven places.
