Square Enix has released a new trailer for “Final Fantasy XIII” which features the song “My Hands” by Leona Lewis. The footage offers mostly pre-rendered cutscenes, but about halfway through there’s a good chunk of gameplay thrown in for good measure. It’s also using the English language voice actors, so it’s a good opportunity to familiarize yourself with the voices that’ll absorb your life for several dozen hours. I’ve never been a huge “Final Fantasy” guy, but I know I’m definitely in the minority. It’s hard to deny that these are some of the best looking cutscenes ever made, though. The story remains a bit of a mystery, but if that manages to capture my attention this might be the first game since “FF7″ that I play all the way through.
